Who we are
Biz Boost Agency ("Biz Boost", "we", "us") is a business growth partner based in Yulee, Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to thebizboostagency.com and the forms embedded on it.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or request the Biz Boost Playbook, you provide information such as your name, email address, and a description of your business or project. These forms are processed by Tally (tally.so) and delivered to our inbox.
When you email or text us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the buttons and links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search engine that referred you. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visits. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we have not enabled advertising features.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use information
To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to start an engagement. To deliver the playbook you requested and, occasionally, to send related follow-up you can opt out of at any time. To understand which pages and messages are useful so we can improve the site. To protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: Tally for forms, Google Analytics for site measurement, Vercel for hosting, and our email provider for correspondence. Each processes information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site will keep working either way.
Retention
Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, and we honor those requests as well.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
